Seller is very responsive and helpful. My item was packed very well, bubble wrap inside tough carton. Quickly shipped out, but arrival was delayed due to the postal office in my country.

All went well except the first time they shipped to the wrong address. But they corrected it and I received my order. They also gave me a bit more product than I paid for, so that was nice.
